Businesses make fast decisions based on emails and need a fast and reliable solution when an email is missing. To fully protect Exchange Servers, Nordic Backup offers two different levels of backup sets. In case of a full exchange failure, it is important to have a full database backup. Additionally, it is also important to have what is called a “brick” level backup of your exchange mailboxes if you have the need to restore an individual email or attachment.
We run a full backup of the selected mailboxes, then incremental backups after that to secure new files and remove items that have been deleted. This is a powerful feature that can quickly resolve an issue where a user deletes an email, schedule, contact or other item by accident.
